Stokley New Single Level

I must say that I have always been a Mint condition fan.  What’s not to like?  Live instrumentation and a slow swing groove made for jams that you can run on repeat all day.  Then there is Stokley.  He can surely sing those slow jams.  I mean, between some of those modern classics:  What Kind Of Man Would I Be, U Send Me Swingin’, Breakin’ My Heart(Pretty Brown Eyes) and You Don’t Have To Hurt No More, which for me, has the best ad libs I have ever heard.

Stokley has also done work in the Jazz genre, collaborating with Boney James and Brian Culbertson.  Do not forget the duet with Kelly Price, Not My Daddy.

Stokley has a new single out.  It is called Level, and it is the first single off of a new, soon-to-be-released album.

Stay tuned for updates on the new album.
